1_REGIONAL SHIPPING SCOPE Currently, PEARL HIJABS operates and ships domestically within Australia only. We do not process international shipments at this time.
Future Expansion Clause: If international shipping options are introduced down the line, international recipients will assume full legal responsibility for all applicable customs, clearance duties, and regional import taxes levied by destination countries.
2_ HANDLING & PROCESSING DISPATCHES Standard processing times for all on-shelf inventory range between 1 to 3 business days (excluding national public holidays and standard weekends) from initial order confirmation.
Once a package leaves our facility, an automated notification containing tracking links will be sent to your registered email address.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses at checkout. PEARL HIJABS is not legally responsible for lost shipments, misdeliveries, or return-to-sender fees resulting from typing errors or incomplete data entered by the customer.

1_ NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS Please select your items carefully. PEARL HIJABS does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a customer changes their mind regarding item colors, stylistic variants, fabric weights, or coordinates after purchase confirmation.
2_ ELIGIBLE CRITERIA FOR AUTHORIZED RETURNS Returns will only be reviewed and authorized under the following conditions:
-> The item was delivered in a physically damaged or structurally defective condition from the manufacturer.
-> The item does not match the sizing parameters officially ordered by the customer (Incorrect Sizing Delivery).
3_ MANDATORY 7-DAY NOTIFICATION WINDOW Any issue concerning a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sized product must be formally raised with our support team within 7 calendar days from the officially confirmed delivery date provided by the courier tracking log. Inquiries made after this 7-day period will not be accepted for review.
4_ PRODUCT CONDITION & STRICT HYGIENE BAN To be eligible for an approved return, items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any external cosmetic markings, perfumes, or deodorants. All original branded product tags must remain physically attached and intact.
Strict Hygiene Exclusions: Due to health regulations, specific accessories including undercaps, hijab magnets, hijab pins, and hair ornaments/scrunchies are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance, unless found to have a manufacturing fault prior to use.
5_ RETURN COSTS AND PROCESS STEPS
-> Initiate a claim by emailing pearlhijabscollection@gmail.com with your order invoice number and clear photographic proof of the defect or sizing mismatch.
-> If your request is approved under our conditions, our team will provide our designated physical return mailing address. Do not mail packages back without prior written confirmation.
-> The Customer is responsible for booking and paying for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
6_ DISCOUNTED, SALE, AND CLEARANCE STOCK Items purchased at a discount, during promotional sales, or marked as clearance stock are sold "as-is". These items are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or minor variations. They remain fully covered by statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law if a major structural fault or damage is proven.
